In the process of sorting out the log I came across a recuring nightmare of a problem. Everytime I open a program I get a Microsoft office installer boxes opening up. I am running XP, sp2 and office 2003 and have been with no problem for quite a while until the last 2 weeks.

Btw, this is a link to the hijack thread I was working through when this problem reared its ugly head I am not sure it is of any importance but thought I would include it anyways. What is happening here is that Microsoft Office needs to be repaired or re-installed. The other programs that are doing this stuff use or share files that office also uses and when you fix office these other progams should work right. How to repair Office Start > control panel > add/remove > select Microsoft Office and then click change > select Repair Office when the menu appears. This should repair any errors in Office.
